Nature of the Service

Texas County Released Inmates is a private reference resource with no authority over any Missouri office or record. It stores no official jail, court, release, or DOC record. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, file a request for a visitor, or change an agency record.

The service points readers toward Texas County jail-release resources, Missouri DOC systems, court pages, and third-party research tools. Each government custodian remains responsible for its own information.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming others or the site. In particular, a visitor may not:

• break a law through use of the site;
• use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate;
• base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content;
• seek access to an account, server, or data without permission;
• operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools; or
• interfere with availability or another visitor’s use.

No Consumer Reports

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create or supply background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising or search partners do not provide screening services through this site. By using it, a visitor agrees not to use any information for:

• a decision to hire, fire, or retain a worker;
• tenant selection or any housing decision;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licensing, permitting, or government-benefit eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, release records, legal-aid material, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. Texas County Released Inmates is not responsible for another site’s content, privacy practices, prices, uptime, or data. Visitors should review that service’s own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

• information is accurate, complete, or current;
• the service will always be available;
• software will be free of errors, bugs, or security flaws; or
• a partner search will return a complete result.

Custody and public-record data can change quickly. Nothing displayed here is an official statement by the Texas County Sheriff, Missouri DOC, a court, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the service or breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Site text, graphics, logos, presentation, and code belong to Texas County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. Revised terms take effect when posted here, and continued use after posting means acceptance of the revision.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Missouri Governing Law

Missouri law governs these Terms & Conditions without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Missouri.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
